Your tasks as a trainer for electrical professions (m/f/d)

• Support and promotion of apprentices with regard to professional and organisational areas, as well as planning of the training
• Support and accompaniment of learning documentation, as well as regular review of learning progress based on educational and status discussions
• Exchange and maintenance with vocational schools and inter-company courses
• Preparation of apprentices for qualification of the training
• Participation in the selection process of new apprentices and further development of the offered training programme

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training at master level, ideally as a certified electrical installation and safety expert (HFP) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in managing electrical installation projects in Switzerland
• Knowledge in calculation, cost control, and change order management
• Experience with Messerli or comparable industry software
• Leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and structured working method
• Very good German language skills
