Responsibilities:
You lead the local IT team professionally and coordinate regional projects in coordination with global IT.
In daily operations, you handle support requests (1st/2nd level), hardware, networks, onboarding/offboarding, and conference technology.
You provide technical support for SAP S/4HANA and undertake simple webshop adjustments in the HTML backend.
IT documentation, inventory management, compliance with security policies, and systematic controls complete your area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in IT, supplemented by further education and solid professional experience in IT operations.
Initial leadership experience in support or infrastructure environments is an advantage, as are skills in Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and Active Directory.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, HTML, and international collaboration is a plus.
Fluent German completes your profile.
