Production Shift Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take on the operational and disciplinary leadership of your shift team - including employee evaluations and development discussions. With your leadership style, you strengthen personal responsibility and motivation.

• You ensure the smooth running of production in the areas of paper manufacturing, waste paper processing, and sludge incineration. In case of disruptions or adjustments, you quickly restore operational readiness.

• This is not a pure office job - you are close to the team, pitch in, and take responsibility on the shop floor.

• You actively contribute to continuous improvements and jointly create holiday and personnel planning with the other shift supervisors.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a paper technologist, ideally with further training as an industrial foreman - or the willingness to complete this. Broad expertise in paper manufacturing and good technical understanding.

• Several years of leadership experience with a strong awareness of safety and quality. Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented working style.

• Willingness to work a 4-shift system in a rotating 7-day shift model - including weekends and public holidays.

• Confident handling of MS Office and digital systems.

• Negotiation-level German language skills.
