Your tasks & time commitment ü You manage the entire volunteer lifecycle - from welcoming new volunteers to long-term retention. ü You maintain contact with existing volunteers, promote exchange and motivation. ü You organize assignments, training, and community events for volunteers together with the office. ü You help coordinate deployment plans and ensure that tasks are clearly distributed. ü Time commitment: 8 - 12 hours per month. ü Workplace: HUB Winterthur or remote.
