What you will achieve

• Professional leadership of employees
• Monitoring performance and supporting employees
• Assistance in the entire process
• Active participation in daily business
• Active involvement in project implementation as well as driving the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Participation/conduction of daily standup meetings (if required)

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Logistics
• Work experience: 5 years in logistics
• Completed basic training in logistics (EBA/EFZ)
• Shift/team leadership experience is an advantage
• Resilient and assertive
• Willingness to work shifts (working hours: 07:00 - 16:00 / 12:00 - 21:00)
• Willingness to work in an ambient temperature of 2-16°
• Open and communicative personality in a multicultural environment
• System affinity and Office skills (M365)
• Very good German language skills
• German (B1)
