About the job

You take on a central role in the financial management of Migros Industry - focusing on clear drivers, transparent cost structures, and effective IT controlling. In doing so, you set standards, improve processes, and provide management with precise reports for well-founded decisions.

What you achieve

• You manage the controlling of Migros Industrie AG and ensure transparency in costs, resources, budgets, forecasts, and projects.
• You are responsible for the financial management of the overheads of the entire Migros Industry, define cost and control logics, develop meaningful driver models, and ensure compliance with uniform standards.
• You further develop IT controlling and support well-founded decisions on IT services, business cases, and transformation projects.
• As a sparring partner for management, departments, and plants, you identify financial impacts of operational developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You continuously develop management reporting and the underlying control logics, ensure consistent key figures, and create a unified financial overall picture as a basis for well-founded decisions.
• You accompany strategic programmes such as ONE with progress, cost, and benefit analyses and create transparency about their economic success.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field. Further training in finance (e.g. controlling, accounting, FP&A) is an advantage.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial, production, or FMCG environment.
• Sound knowledge in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in analysing business metrics and deriving financial impacts and recommendations for action.
• High analytical competence as well as the ability to prepare complex matters clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
• Confident handling of ERP and BI systems, especially SAP and Power BI.
• Understanding of IT finances, business cases, and transformation projects is an advantage.
