About the job
Head of Business Support 100%- You lead the Business Support with the specialist departments for account billing, infrastructural and technical building management (IGM and TGM), systems and processes, and the Customer Service Desk
- You implement contract compliance of customer contracts for IGM and TGM in operations
- You ensure the correct and timely monthly billing of services for the key accounts in Switzerland
- You prepare calculations and model development of and in customer contracts as well as financial data analyses, develop conclusions and initiate changes
- You ensure a high quality of service and uniform standards for the account management and towards operations
- You lead cross-departmental projects and change management measures to increase efficiency and standardisation within the mandate
- You hold a university degree or higher education in finance or a technical field
- You have many years of professional experience in facility management in a leadership role
- You are experienced in finance in the area of billing
- You speak fluent German and English, French and Italian are an advantage
- You possess excellent reporting, analysis and visualisation skills
- You navigate effortlessly in a matrix organisation and have a strong affinity for processes and systems
