Your Tasks

You work independently and are still not alone — you have freedom in organizing your work, experience exchange and mutual support within the team
Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
You care for and support our clients in everyday life, e.g., you accompany joint shopping or prepare meals
You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
Your workplace extends across the entire city of Bern including the agglomeration (e.g., Ostermundigen, Köniz, Muri b. Bern). You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air.
