Your Tasks

You work independently and yet you are not alone — you have freedom in organising your work, and within the team there is exchange of experience and mutual support
Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
You look after and support our clients in everyday life, e.g. accompanying joint shopping trips or preparing meals
You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on domestic tasks

You are flexible and used to working independently
