About the job
The Villa Erica Foundation supports around 100 young people and adults with behavioural difficulties and/or mental impairments in their social, educational and professional development, enabling them to lead an independent and self-responsible life. Our range of services includes the three areas of school, vocational training & work, as well as housing. Advertising technology is one of six training companies in the vocational training & work sector.
We are looking for a professionally skilled and committed individual from 1 August 2026or by arrangement as
Advertising Technology Designer (60 - 80%)
We create perspectives through empathy and creativity: for the learners and for the customer!
In our advertising technology training company, you will carry out service orders for our customers together with our learners. On the one hand, you accompany learners as a vocational trainer in their personal development and their professional and practical training. On the other hand, you plan and coordinate processes with regard to deadlines, quality and manufacturing methods and contribute to smooth order processing with your structured way of working.
What to expect
A varied role in advertising technology with a lot of practical relevance, customer contact and a central training mandate for our learners.
- Customer and order management as well as support and instruction of learners
- Individual support, guidance and vocational training of learners as a key contact person using structured support planning
- Implementation of an official mandate for the vocational training of young people with impairments
- Implementation of project management from the idea, through design and creative work, to internal production, to professional external installation at the customer
- Preparing quotes and invoices and maintaining customer contacts
- Work preparation, order processing, process optimisation and final order control
- Material procurement (consumables, tools, machines) as well as co-responsibility for the maintenance/upkeep of operating resources
What you bring
- Completed basic training as an Advertising Technology Designer EFZ
- Vocational trainer course, or willingness to complete it
- Confident knowledge of common graphic programmes and job-related material knowledge
- Open, engaging personality with high self- and social competence
- Team-oriented, positive and reliable attitude, as well as resilience
- Careful, reliable and efficient way of working with enjoyment of high service quality
- Willingness to collaborate interdisciplinarily and to participate in internal training and meetings
- Driving licence category B
