zeka has been committed in the canton of Aargau since 1966 to children, adolescents and adults with individual educational and care needs. We operate two special schools, a weekly boarding school, seven outpatient therapy and counselling centres as well as residential, work, occupational and training places.

For the Residential Home Aargau in Baden-Dättwil we are looking for

Health Specialist (FAGE) or Care Specialist (FABE) 60% - 100%

Your tasks

• Comprehensive and individual care and support of our 25 residents
• Medical-technical procedures and advisory activities in health matters
• Agogical support taking into account the resources of the residents

Your profile

• Federal certificate of competence as a care or health specialist
• Strong professional, social and personal skills
• Transparent and respectful communication
• Appreciative attitude and empathy in relationship building and preferably experience in long-term care or psychiatry
• Willingness to take on all shifts in a 7/24 operation
