EI&C Construction Lead (m/f/d)
As an EI&C Construction Lead in Visp, you will lead on-site execution, manage specialised subcontractors, and act as the interface between engineering and operations for strategically important CAPEX projects to manufacture life-saving medicines under a 12-month contract.
This is a fully site-based role. Personal collaboration on site supports close real-time cooperation and the technical precision required to produce medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

Remuneration for this position is determined by the qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge of the candidate.
What you will do:
- Coordinate daily electrical, measurement, control, and regulation technology (EMSR/EI&I) construction activities on site to ensure timely completion of CAPEX projects.
- Manage and supervise electrical, instrumentation, and automation contractors and suppliers on site.
- Ensure strict compliance with all requirements regarding occupational safety (HSE), GMP, quality, and technical standards.
- Review construction execution directly against engineering drawings, flow diagrams (P&IDs), and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Manage interfaces and closely coordinate between engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Support loop checks, functional tests, SAT (Site Acceptance Tests), punch-list resolution, and system handovers.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues directly on site to ensure project progress.
What you bring:
- Technical training or degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, MSR technology, or a comparable discipline.
- Proven experience in leading EI&I / EMSR construction activities in industrial, chemical, bio, or pharmaceutical CAPEX projects.
- Solid understanding of installation practices in electrical and MSR technology and the ability to confidently read P&IDs and circuit diagrams.
- Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and external partners on site.
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous.
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form are required; English skills are beneficial.
