What to expect- You develop and implement IT service processes as well as best practices and continuously optimize service metrics.
- You ensure a stable and reliable IT service operation and adapt IT services to business requirements.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You identify new technologies and drive their introduction for process improvement.
- You take over contract management and maintain the service catalog.
- You ensure transparent reporting and continuous evaluation of relevant metrics.
- You promote a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
- You have a completed degree in information technology, computer science, or a comparable field.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in IT service management with a technical focus.
- You ideally have an ITIL certification or a comparable qualification.
- You impress with strong coordination and project management skills.
- You think analytically, work structured, and have a good technical understanding.
- You manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with confidence.
- You communicate clearly, solution-oriented, and confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing.
