Our internal sales department for machine trading is looking for a new head. We are seeking a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Head of Internal Sales & Product Management. In this versatile role, you will lead the internal sales team and play a central role in the strategic development of our product range as well as in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

• A completed technical basic education in the wood industry with appropriate further training
• Several years of leadership experience as well as strong communication skills
• A structured, independent, and analytical way of working
• Solid know-how in conceptual product management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for market and customer needs
