We are ISO 21001:2018 certified and a recognised provider of further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection – including the preparatory course Specialist ASGS with federal certificate, training as a safety assistant ASGS, as well as for the contact person for occupational safety & health protection (KOPAS).

Furthermore, we advise companies from various industries on the introduction and implementation of safety concepts, such as the EKAS model solution No. 23 "SECURIT", and support businesses in revisions, audits, and projects in the field of occupational safety, health protection, and hazardous materials.


As a dynamic, growth-oriented team, we value high quality, partnership-based collaboration, and innovative solutions. To strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a committed Specialist ASGS / Course Instructor (m/f/d) from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Consulting customers as an external safety officer (SiBe) according to EKAS guideline 6508
• Support of the EKAS model solution No. 23 "SECURIT"
• Deployment as a course instructor in our courses as well as in in-house training at customers' premises
• Conducting inspection missions / safety inspections, including professional reporting
• Implementation of the 10-point ASA system with new customers
• Active entry into the consulting career with gradual expansion of customer responsibility

Your profile

• Qualification as Specialist ASGS with federal certificate or safety engineer
• High initiative, discretion, and structured, efficient working behaviour
• Swiss German as mother tongue
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Confident writing style and flair for numbers advantageous
• Resilient, loyal, and service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of customer contact, further development, and independent working
