Position Summary 

550 employees responsible for producing high-quality infant nutrition for domestic and international markets shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high demands on our team daily regarding compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you like to be part of our team? 

To strengthen our Production department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible individual as a Plant Operator. 

A day in the life of a Plant Operator 

• Preparation of milk using modern production equipment
• Carrying out raw material feeding, spray drying, as well as mixing, preparation, and filling of powder
• Performing the cleaning process (CIP cleaning) and general cleaning tasks according to existing quality standards
• Documenting production and cleaning processes
• Tasks in the line laboratory
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system 

What makes you successful 

• Successfully completed EFZ training in the food industry (dairy technologist, food technologist, baker, cook, or similar) or other completed EFZ training with many years of experience as a plant operator in the food sector
• Good technical understanding of production equipment
• Team-oriented and independent personality who shows initiative, reliability, and commitment
• Good IT skills
• Strong safety, environmental, and hygiene awareness
• Very good oral and written German skills (minimum level B2), English skills are an advantage
