A central focus of our work is the implementation and continuous optimisation of ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In doing so, we actively support our clients in the sustainable transformation and modernisation of their business processes.
To strengthen our ERP team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual in the field of Supply Chain Management who enjoys analysing complex processes, designing them, and successfully implementing innovative ERP solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You take professional responsibility for the implementation of the SCM areas Procurement, Production, Warehouse and Logistics in our ERP projects and work closely with the adjacent departments.
- You conduct customer workshops in the SCM environment, analyse business processes and requirements, and advise our clients on the optimal use of Dynamics 365 FO – always based on best practices and your project experience.
- You document, configure and test the SCM solutions in close coordination with other departments and ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
- You accompany our clients during the test phases (UAT), conduct user training, and thus contribute to a sustainable and successful introduction of the solution.
- You support end users during go-live, in the hypercare phase, and in ongoing operations, providing targeted advice to ensure a stable and efficient use of the solution.
- You advise our development team on professional questions in the SCM area.
- You work closely with project management, support the control of your work packages or your stream, and actively participate in pre-sales activities.

Your profile
- You have a solid professional background in Supply Chain Management, ideally with a degree (FH/University) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification.
- You bring more than 10 years of experience in the implementation and adaptation of Supply Chain Management solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as an SCM consultant in an IT service or consulting environment.
- You have deep knowledge in the areas of Procurement, Production, Warehouse and Logistics and are able to comprehensively capture, analyse, and sustainably optimise complex business processes.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally, communicate convincingly, and have strong presentation and moderation skills, especially in customer workshops.
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
