Dispatcher / Administration Employee 50-100%
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the scheduling of our nursing staff for the care assignments of Spitex Senevita Casa for the canton of Zurich
- You take over the holiday replacement of the administration team, operate the telephone switchboard, and are a competent contact person
- You ensure a flawless administrative process of all tasks
- You ensure billing of all services to customers and external service recipients
- You provide administrative relief to the site management and ensure internal information flow
- You respond to our customers' wishes and inquiries with sensitivity and answer them professionally, understandingly, and efficiently
- You provide valuable assistance for the monthly deployment planning with the Perigon
software and the resulting billing to customers
What You Bring
- You have a commercial education or a business school diploma
- You bring solid professional experience and flair for all administrative tasks
- You have already gained experience in scheduling, preferably for care assignments, or you are motivated to familiarize yourself with this dynamic and interesting area of responsibility
- You have very good communication and organizational skills
- You are team- and service-oriented
- You have an IT affinity and find it easy to work with digital tools
