In the basement of the hotel is the world-famous JBC Member Club "Marians Jazzroom". Our catering area includes the Brasserie Josephine as well as the cosy Park Café with mini golf.
For our in-house restaurant "Josephine Brasserie" we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Head Chef (m/f)
Responsibilities
-You are responsible for a consistent and smooth workflow in the kitchen
-Implementation of company objectives in the kitchen area
-Sales and organisation of banquets and large events
-Development of menus in close cooperation with
the management (brasserie, local specialities, Mediterranean cuisine)
-Training and leadership of the kitchen team (2 - 4 employees)
Requirements
What you bring:
-A completed professional training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence as well as a diploma as a federally certified head chef
-Team spirit, enthusiasm, creativity
-Experience as a head chef in a similar establishment
Languages
-Good knowledge of German
-Good knowledge of English
