Project Development and Client Representation (m/f/d), 80-100%

You will handle demanding and versatile tasks within the team during project development and further along the planning and construction process.

Your main tasks include:

• Organisation and execution of competition and planner selection procedures.
• Development of real estate strategies and concepts. Site evaluations and feasibility studies.
• Client representation in development, construction and refurbishment projects.
• Process design and project management regarding costs, deadlines and quality.
• Preparation of planner, technical consultant and work contracts

You bring with you:

• Architecture degree ETH/FH and several years of professional experience in planning and project management, ideally also in accompanying competition procedures.
• Strategic, analytical, holistic and interdisciplinary thinking.
• Enjoyment in concept and idea development and independent work.
• Responsible working and team spirit.
• Confident and respectful manner towards clients, authorities and external partners. Curiosity, commitment and willingness to learn.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
