For an established fiduciary company with around 30 employees, we are looking for a motivated junior personality as a Junior Fiduciary Clerk (80–100 %) at the Rapperswil-Jona location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Supporting the client managers with bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and payroll

• Preparing tax returns for private individuals and companies

• Assisting with internal invoicing and close collaboration with the accounting department

• Alternating responsibility for the secretariat including telephone, mail, and reception

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally in a fiduciary company, or 1–2 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector following a classic commercial apprenticeship

• Precise, independent, and conscientious working style with a high standard of quality

• Motivated, reliable personality with enjoyment in working within a young team

• Good IT user skills and interest in digital and paperless processes

• Advantageous: experience with Abacus, Bexio, and Dr. Tax
