Clerk Internal Sales & Export 80% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss industrial company specialising in electronics and manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders from entry to delivery
Preparation of quotations and sales-related documents
Coordination of transports as well as necessary export and customs documents
Coordination of delivery dates with internal departments such as production and logistics
Maintenance of customer and article master data in the ERP system
Handling ongoing communication by telephone and e-mail
Assistance with administrative tasks in the finance area
Supporting the team with general activities in internal sales
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Professional experience in order processing and international goods handling
Knowledge from a manufacturing company is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems
Independent, precise and reliable working style
Customer-oriented manner in written and telephone contact
Interest in a personal working environment with short decision-making paths
Very good German skills as well as business fluent English
