Introduction

Fresh. Fast. To the point. Every hour counts with fresh assortments. You are the key contact person when it comes to timing, quantities, and replenishment. This position is initially limited to one year.

Type of Work

• You carefully schedule fresh assortments and complete administrative tasks on time
• You keep delivery readiness, stock coverage, and write-offs under control and continuously optimise them
• You calculate and schedule promotional, seasonal, and holiday quantities in a forward-looking manner
• You consistently enforce the applicable delivery requirements with suppliers
• You work factually and efficiently with internal departments, clients, and suppliers
• You clarify and process discrepancies from invoice verification within deadlines
• You assist with shop support during off-peak hours, including occasional Saturday shifts on a rotation basis (approx. 5–7 shifts per year, distributed across the whole team)
• You plan purposefully and work closely with internal and external partners

Requirements Profile

• You have completed a vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma, commercial or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling is a great advantage
• You are good with numbers and analyses, and have a strong business understanding
• You are confident with MS Office and ideally familiar with SAP
• You are flexible for off-peak hours and Saturday shifts in a team rotation model
• Good French skills? That would be perfect!
