Responsibilities:
Do you want to contribute in an innovative R&D environment and take responsibility in the laboratory? Do you work precisely, structured, and enjoy technical and chemical issues? Then you are exactly right with us!
- Production of resin formulations and their application for impregnation and lamination processes
- Planning, preparation, and execution of laboratory experiments as well as production of test specimens
- Execution and evaluation of laboratory tests and analyses
- Documentation and archiving of test results according to internal standards
• Support of development projects in close cooperation with R&D project managers
- Organization and management of the laboratory (chemicals, equipment, consumables)
- Maintenance, calibration, and monitoring of laboratory and workshop equipment
- Support in production trials and quality tests in the production environment
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (EH&S)
Requirements:
- Completed technical training (e.g., laboratory technician, chemical laboratory technician, plastics technologist, or comparable)
- Initial experience in a laboratory environment or in the production and testing of materials is an advantage
- Knowledge in handling chemical substances and ideally experience with polymer formulations
- Precise, structured, and independent working style
- High teamwork skills and motivation to work on complex topics
- Good organizational skills and technical understanding
- Knowledge of laboratory safety standards (EH&S)
- Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English
