Your tasks
- Coaching and support of managers and employees in challenging situations, especially in conflicts as well as performance and behavioural issues
- Advising managers and employees on personnel and labour law matters
- Management of occupational health management (BGM) and coordination of professional reintegration in collaboration with supervisors and insurance partners
- Support in personnel and organisational change processes
- Participation in HR projects as well as development and optimisation of HR processes
- Involvement in payroll processes and payroll-related issues
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial or comparable education as well as further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and are confident in handling demanding personnel issues
- With your strong advisory and communication skills, you appear confident, professional and appropriate to the level towards managers and employees
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
- Even in demanding situations, you keep an overview, set priorities and represent your position clearly and constructively
- You possess high social competence, discretion, resilience and flexibility
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a confident handling of MS Office and digital HR systems
