Administrative Assistant for the ENT Department
The management of the ENT department is looking, for dates to be agreed, for auxiliary collaborators to ensure occasional replacements of its secretaries.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital Centre (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research and training.
The Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Department provides highly specialised care for conditions (cancers, infections, reconstructions…) of the ears, nose, throat and airways. It also performs cervico-facial surgery and coordinates dental medicine. Our patients, adults and children, can be treated on an outpatient basis or hospitalised in a state-of-the-art environment (robotic surgery, endoscopy, research laboratory…).
The department, one of the largest surgical units at CHUV, also faces many future challenges with a constant development of its activity.
As part of various replacements, the Department Management is looking for auxiliary collaborators to ensure continuity of activity during various absences (planned and unplanned).

You will be required to:
- Manage the medical secretariat and the administrative follow-up of patient files (appointment scheduling, summons) for the unit
- Provide administrative support to the unit's responsible physician
