About the job
About us
Do you enjoy organising administrative and operational matters and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in everyday life? We are not looking for a classic administrative role, but a person with drive, initiative, and an eye for improvements.
You get involved in day-to-day business, think along, and pragmatically improve our internal processes with a focus on what really helps the CSP crew.
Interested? Then you will find here further information about CSP and here about our working methods and application process.
What we offer
As a multiple award-winning Great Place to Work® , we offer you the following:
- Workplace with flexibility: Your workplace depends on your tasks and the respective needs. For this role, you will regularly be on site in our office in Zurich.
- Self-organised work: Flexibility and flat hierarchies give you space to take responsibility, act entrepreneurially, and contribute ideas.
- Community: You are part of a small, well-coordinated team and support our project managers and consultants in the background. Regular events and exchange formats strengthen cohesion within the CSP crew.
- Development: Individual learning paths, certifications, coaching, mentoring, and clear development paths create space for further development.
- Many other benefits: Working abroad? Commitment to charitable projects? Contact us and we will be happy to tell you more. Or convince yourself on Kununu , LinkedIn , our homepage or in our Culture Booklet .
Your impact
- You see yourself as a service-oriented and highly organised contact person on an equal footing – for our employees as well as for external stakeholders.
- You keep the threads together, set priorities independently, and proactively and anticipatively support our project managers and consultants.
- You actively contribute to our "Operational Excellence" team, recognise where processes are not yet running smoothly, and further develop our internal services with your own ideas – pragmatically, effectively, and close to the CSP crew’s daily work.
- You are regularly on site in our Zurich office – Wednesday is fixed as a working day – and provide administrative support for homebase management at all locations (e.g. providing internal infrastructure, coordinating ordering, purchasing, organising appointments).
Your skill set
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or (vocational) baccalaureate with further training and proven experience in an administrative hub function.
- Enjoyment in organising, a strong service orientation with assertiveness, and a high standard of quality.
- A keen eye for processes and quality – you recognise potential for improvement and develop pragmatic solutions that noticeably improve our workflows.
- An independent, precise, and responsible working style as well as digital affinity – from MS Office through automations to the sensible use of AI applications in everyday work.
- Very good German skills and a confident as well as accurate command of expression (high attention to detail), French skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
- A growth mindset: You are curious and open, like to step out of your comfort zone, and want to grow with us both professionally and personally.
We look forward to your application via our job platform .
