In this key position, you will take overall responsibility for the boutique. You lead your team with clarity, presence and by example, create a motivating and performance-oriented working environment, and ensure consistent implementation of company and brand standards.
Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities
- Leadership, motivation and targeted development of the boutique team
- Clear goal setting, regular coaching and consistent performance management
- Responsibility for sales, sales targets and relevant KPIs
- Analysis of business development and derivation of concrete measures
- Ensuring first-class service and advisory quality
- Recruitment, onboarding and development of new employees
- Ensuring efficient processes and smooth operations within the boutique
- Responsibility for stock, inventory and reporting
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position
- Strong leadership qualities and proven experience in successfully leading and developing teams
- Inspiring personality with natural authority, empathy and assertiveness
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong sales and results orientation
- Confident handling of KPIs and a strong understanding of commercial contexts
- High personal responsibility, decisiveness and a hands-on mentality
- Professional appearance and very good communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluent German/Swiss German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
