- You will transport our customers’ goods safely and punctually by truck, trailer combinations or articulated lorries
- Before each journey, you check your vehicle, load it properly and unload it at the destination
- You always comply with national transport regulations, including when handling dangerous goods
- You travel within Switzerland, observe traffic rules and drive in an environmentally friendly manner
- You keep your vehicle in good condition, maintain it and ensure it is ready for use
- You always present yourself in a friendly and helpful manner in daily customer contact
- During your apprenticeship, you will also gain insight into a truck workshop
- You are enthusiastic about technology and also have manual skills
- Independence, reliability and calmness under pressure are among your strengths
- With physical fitness and stress resistance, you master your daily work on the road
- Openness, sociability and friendliness characterise your dealings with others

Holidays
In the 1st year of apprenticeship you have 8 weeks, in the 2nd year 7 weeks and in the following years 6 weeks of holiday.
Events
During your training with us, you will participate in various events such as Welcome Day, advanced seminar, apprentice camp, graduation ceremony, etc.
Financial support
With us, not only the salary is right: you receive a fair apprentice salary plus a 13th month’s salary. If you give your full commitment at school, in the inter-company course and in the company, you can even secure a performance bonus. We pay for the school materials and give you a financial contribution for the notebook. On top of that, you get a half-fare travelcard for your entire apprenticeship.
Road transport driving licences
In road transport, you must obtain driving licences B/BE and/or C/CE. We support you and cover the costs of the training.
Further employment
After completing your training, there are very good chances of permanent employment.
