BACHTELEN
Bachtelen is committed in the canton of Solothurn to the individual support of children, adolescents and young adults. We also advocate for the integration of young people who are impaired in various ways: in behaviour, language, communication, interaction or cognition.
To achieve our goals, we operate day nurseries, day schools, residential facilities, individual support services as well as therapeutic and advisory services.
At HPS BACHTELEN, Grenchen location, 42 pupils with special educational needs are holistically supported. Teaching takes place in small classes and is characterised by individual, development-oriented educational opportunities.

For the 2026/27 school year, we are looking for a committed intern (80%) who will support and help shape our school team for one year.
With us, you work closely with people, take on responsibility and gain valuable experience in the special education school routine.
Your tasks
- You support pupils in lessons
- You accompany them through the school day – during breaks and lunchtime
- You assist in the after-school care during fringe hours
- You participate in projects, excursions and events
- You help prepare and provide teaching materials
Your profile
- Enjoyment in working with children and young people
- Openness to pupils with special needs
- Sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
- Minimum age 18 years
