What tasks can you expect?
- Building and maintaining relationships as well as the individual support and development of leads with foundations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (Key Account Management)
- Research and proactive acquisition of new foundations and funding partners
- Negotiations and contract management
- Target group-oriented preparation and individualization of presentations, applications, and reports in collaboration with internal interfaces
- Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce) as well as general fundraising administration
What profile do you bring?
- (Specialist) university degree or relevant further training in fundraising, business administration, or marketing
- In-depth knowledge of the foundation landscape in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
- Several years of practical experience in institutional fundraising, sponsorship, or sales
- High service and customer orientation (internal and external)
- Expressive, confident in negotiations, high presentation skills
- Structured and efficient working style
- Reliable with a high attention to detail
- Native German speaker, English and French are an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills and ideally CRM experience (Salesforce)
