Premium Manager, Catering Manager for Upscale Gastronomy

• Management of the VIP Premium Service for à la carte restaurant, catering, room delivery, and butler service
• Leadership and scheduling of internal staff and additional temporary workers
• Serving and attending to guests, food and beverage service at 5* level
• Organisation and execution of internal catering and events
• General correspondence and administrative tasks in German and English
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the guest area
• Application of the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP

• Completed apprenticeship in service, commercial school, or hotel management qualification
• Experienced in dealing with international guests at 5* level
• Excellent service and wine knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role, in alcoholic beverage service as well as catering and communal gastronomy
• Very good computer skills
• Clear communication, confident German and English in spoken and written form
• Precise and efficient working style, service-oriented, guest-oriented, warm-hearted
• Resilient, independent, and flexible personality
• Friendly, professional, and confident appearance, assertive, motivated and motivating
• You enjoy working in a lively environment and take pleasure in dealing with people

• Attractive working hours: Monday to Friday, usually between 06:00 and 18:00 (occasional evening shifts)
