🎯 YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Distinctive host personality with natural presence and joy in personal guest contact
• Very high service and quality orientation
• Sound knowledge in food, wine and beverage expertise
• Confident, well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate, develop a team and lead confidently even in demanding situations
• High sense of responsibility and strong initiative
• Resilience, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages advantageous
• Experience in international luxury hospitality advantageous

📄 YOUR TASKS

• Overall responsibility for the daily operational process in the restaurant La Brezza
• Active host role and personal care of our national and international guests
• Ensuring an individual, attentive and professional fine dining service
• Presence with guests as well as active recognition and anticipation of guest wishes
• Professional handling of special guest requests, allergies, intolerances and complaints
• Ensuring a smooth service process from reception to farewell
• Responsibility for mise en place, table culture, ambience and presentation of the restaurant
