Company Description
The Public Establishments for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration.
Within the EPI, the socio-educational services are responsible for supporting people with intellectual developmental disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders and/or psychiatric disorders by offering them occupational and individualised development activities or home support. More than 900 people are supported in very varied contexts.
Job Description
- Lead, coordinate, support and motivate the employees in their sector.
- Ensure quality services and optimal use of the sector's resources.
- Promote, organise, coordinate, validate and control the quality of work, both in terms of support and care and the working methods of the sector.
- Be responsible for good practices.
- Promote and ensure the constant adaptation of care and socio-educational services in line with the evolving needs and expectations (self-determination) of the people concerned.
- Coordinate and lead the tasks of the care reference unit, ensuring the compliance of delegated care within the EPI.
- Ensure the documentation of care and socio-educational support of beneficiaries in their respective files.
- Work in a network with both internal and external partners.
- Participate in decisions regarding admission, transfer or departure of users in their sector, in consultation with their hierarchy.
- Participate and contribute to projects and reflections related to their fields of activity.
- Be a source of proposals and support for their hierarchy.
- Promote the EPI at all times, with a "business" spirit.
- Relay information from the service management and the service manager clearly and transparently to all employees in their sector.
- Promote the concrete application of the principles of institutional policy in their sector and align their own actions with these principles.
Qualifications
- A HETS or HEdS diploma, or equivalent training, as well as management training (Certificate of Advanced Studies) or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of moderate to severe intellectual disability and behavioural disorders and ASD, with at least 5 years demonstrated experience in the field.
- Regularly attended continuing education in the field of psychiatric disability and/or intellectual disability.
- Ideally, proven experience of at least 5 years in team management.
- Good knowledge of the health-social network.
- Organisational skills, rigour, sense of responsibility and open-mindedness.
- Confirmed experience working in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Good ability to promote change and be able to lead it.
- Proficiency in common office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French.
