Social Worker

• You advise and support all groups of people from the asylum and refugee sector in the Canton of Uri in their integration process, taking into account their personal situation and the legal framework
• You conduct initial interviews, provide personal and financial social assistance, and develop courses of action with the assigned individuals
• Case management and completion of client administration using the social assistance software «Tutoris» are also part of your duties
• You work in an interdisciplinary team, as well as with authorities, offices, and schools

• You have a completed degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification in the field of Social Work, or you are in advanced training in Social Work and wish to apply your expertise alongside your studies
• You can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience
• You are characterised by your sociability and openness to change. You greatly enjoy respectful interaction with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Confident user knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form (C1). Good English skills and additional foreign languages are a plus
• Impeccable character proven by a current special private extract (can be requested/delivered after employment)
