Your tasks

• Safe and punctual transportation of passengers
• Responsible and anticipatory operation of the modern vehicles in our fleet
• Friendly and service-oriented customer contact during the ride
• Compliance with service and quality standards
• Observation of the route and timely reaction to special situations
• Adherence to schedules, traffic rules, and safety regulations
• Reporting disruptions or incidents to the control center
• Responsibility for cleanliness and safety in the vehicles
• Contributing to a smooth operation in public transport

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent education
• At least 21 years old
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
• Impeccable reputation
• Driver's license category B (category C to D is an advantage)
• Experience as a professional driver or rail vehicle operator is an advantage
• High willingness to learn and motivation to successfully complete the training
• Reliable, flexible, and resilient – even in challenging situations
• Professional and confident handling of passengers
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment of driving and handling vehicles
• Team player, responsible and attentive
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• You enjoy direct customer contact and convince with a high level of social competence
