Head of the Youth Service
Your mission in Biel

In this role, you take on a central leadership task and ensure, on behalf of the APEA, that child protection is carried out in accordance with the law. In close collaboration with your team, you contribute to the development of the service and create a supportive environment to optimally assist professional guardians.- Do you appreciate positions of responsibility and wish to lead an active service in the social field, both professionally and organisationally and managerially?

The profile we dream of
- Complete training as a social worker or social educator with advanced training in team management or continuing education in this field
- Several years of professional experience and in a leadership role
- Good knowledge of child protection law as well as social insurance and administration

The Department of Adult and Child Protection (PAE) conducts investigations on behalf of the APEA concerning minors and adults who require administrative and/or social support.
