About the job

Caseworker Integration and Pension (60% - 100%)

Many facets, great responsibility.

You accompany and support IV clients with potential for integration into the work process. This begins with a telephone conversation to determine the current situation. Afterwards, you collect all missing documents and contact the treating doctors, employers, and other insurance providers.

You monitor how a person’s integration potential and thus their entitlement to benefits develop. If there are uncertainties, you invite your colleagues from career counselling, integration counselling, job coaching, and the regional medical service to an interdisciplinary case discussion.

If an application can only be partially or not at all fulfilled, you explain to the client how the decision was reached. In your work, you also frequently encounter complex legal questions and contact our legal department for clarification.

You convince us both professionally and personally.

For this responsible role, you have completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ) or have a medical vocational qualification with a qualified commercial school certificate. You can particularly impress us with a specialist certificate in social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in a complex administrative role will greatly facilitate your start with us.

In addition to your professional qualifications, you have a quick grasp and the ability to think in a connected way. You enjoy making decisions and communicate clearly. A dynamic working environment with plenty of scope for creativity suits you perfectly, and you see constructive feedback as an opportunity for further development.
