About the job

The Hochsteig Foundation operates a special school home in Lichtensteig for around 46 normally gifted children and adolescents with learning and behavioral difficulties, and a day special school with 19 places in Uznach. As of August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a speech therapist (4 – 11 WL) (7 lessons in Lichtensteig, 4 lessons in Uznach). You will independently design the speech therapy services for children and adolescents in the lower, middle, and upper school levels. Ideally, you are a trained speech therapist and already have professional experience. The individual learning needs of the students are your focus, and you appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration. In return, we offer you a lively, competent working environment that enables you to gain enriching experiences on both a school and social level.
