- Anticipate sector developments, develop skills, and support necessary transformations.
- Represent the Association with authorities, partners, and regional, cantonal, and institutional stakeholders.
You combine a detailed knowledge of regional realities with a global vision of the system’s challenges.

- make decisions and assume trade-offs in complex environments;
- build collaborations with partners with differing interests and responsibilities.
You are recognised for your leadership, your ability to give meaning and unite. You know how to listen and create dialogue, but also decide when the situation requires it.
Experience in the health, medico-social, social, parapublic sectors or in public services is essential. A good knowledge of the Swiss health system and the Vaud institutional environment will also be appreciated and is an asset.
