Your future areas of responsibility

• Responsible for all building plans, site and land plans of ETA SA throughout Switzerland
• Drawing and updating safety-relevant plans (fire protection, fire brigade, escape route plans, etc.)
• Professional support for project managers in the planning and realisation of construction projects
• Ensuring efficient space management of ETA SA throughout Switzerland as well as preparing the monthly reporting for controlling for internal charging

Your skills and competencies

• Completed apprenticeship as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, possibly with additional training in BIM
• At least 5 years of professional experience in CAD, architecture, and building construction
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD software
• Experience in applying BIM methods for efficient planning and execution
• Interest in new topics arising from digitalisation
• Motivated, conflict-capable, and strong communication personality
• Accurate, precise, and structured working style
• High sense of responsibility and conscientiousness

Languages

Fluent German skills (written and spoken) as well as knowledge of French.
