About the job
In our HR department, you work closely with a colleague and the HR manager. Together, you ensure personnel administration from entry to exit. You are the first point of contact for our approximately 160 employees as well as 80 hourly wage earners and additionally take on the following exciting tasks:
- Payroll processing: Efficient handling of salaries including post-processing (system: Abacus)
- HR processes: Administrative support of employees throughout the entire work cycle (entry to exit) and management of the time tracking system
- Certificates & attestations: Preparation of interim and work certificates
- Social insurances: Coordination and billing with insurance companies and authorities
- Accident and illness cases: Handling of daily sickness benefits and accident reports including daily allowance processing
- Recruitment: Posting and managing job advertisements, organizing job interviews, and supporting interviews
- Vocational training: Co-responsibility for the supervision and training of our commercial apprentices
- Further development: Participation in the optimization and digitization of our HR processes
