The Performance and Efficiency Control team ensures retrospectively that services are billed correctly and comply with legal requirements. Do you love numbers, immediately recognize discrepancies, and enjoy working independently?

• You retrospectively review outpatient and inpatient services and ensure correct billing.
• You independently analyze invoices from basic and supplementary insurance and uncover potential savings.
• You initiate objections and recoveries of unjustified services from providers and insured persons and accompany them until completion.
• You further develop existing methods and thereby strengthen the quality of service processing.
• You create individual correspondence as well as target group-appropriate and legally compliant orders.

• Professional experience in claims processing of a health insurance and/or in healthcare
• Federal diploma as a health and/or social insurance specialist or willingness to obtain it after starting the position
• Very good tariff and medical knowledge
• Affinity for numbers and solid Excel skills
• Native German speaker – French or Italian is a plus
