Would you like to contribute your reporting and analysis skills to our finance team and actively support the management of our P&C business? Are you motivated by the idea of creating business insights together with various internal partners and driving digital innovations in the finance area? Then we should get to know each other.

As a Planning & Performance Reporting Analyst, you will strengthen the Finance division at Zurich Switzerland in the area of Planning & Performance Management - P&C Reporting & Analytics and make an important contribution to our shared success. You analyse the financial development of our P&C business and create transparency for well-founded business decisions with meaningful reports, forecasts, and analyses. In doing so, you work closely with internal partners from Underwriting, Actuarial, Sales, Claims, and Finance.

What to expect

• You prepare and analyse periodic financial statements and create transparency about the results through presentations and explanations.
• You develop a multi-year financial plan for our Lines of Business and segments together with the team.
• You prepare regular forecasts and analyse deviations in the profit and loss account (P&L) compared to plan and the previous year.
• You support system and process improvements, thereby increasing the degree of automation and standardisation.
• You support well-founded business decisions with ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards and help shape projects and initiatives in the finance area.

What distinguishes you

• University of applied sciences or university degree related to finance, controlling, or a comparable field.
• Initial relevant experience in controlling, reporting, accounting, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented working style.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Power BI.
• Fluent German skills and good English skills.
