Mandate Manager: Trust Services (m/f/d) 80%-100%

For over 40 years, we have been supporting our clients in Dübendorf with joy, competence, and commitment in the areas of accounting, taxes, auditing, and trust services.
To strengthen our 15-member team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, reliable individual who independently manages mandates and enjoys sustainable client relationships.
Depending on the profile, taking on specialist responsibility is also possible.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will take comprehensive care of small and medium-sized SMEs. This includes:

• Holistic mandate management in the areas of accounting, VAT, human resources, and taxes
• Ongoing financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers and reconciliations
• Independent preparation of annual financial statements
• Management of payroll accounting and handling of social insurances
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities including review of assessments and appeals
• If interested: participation in limited audits

Your profile

You have a solid professional foundation and bring the necessary experience and professionalism:

• Several years of professional experience in accounting/trust services
• Federal diploma in trust services, finance and accounting, or an equivalent qualification
• Confident and skilled in payroll processing
• Proficient in common trust service software
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Routine in using digital tools
