Senior Specialized Sales – Cyber Security

Job Description

Is your heart burning for Cyber Security?

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• The successful sale of Cyber Security services and holistic security solutions – with clear revenue and pipeline responsibility
• Positioning isolutions as a leading partner for Microsoft Security, Zero Trust, Modern Work Security, and Cloud Security Architectures in the market
• Maintaining and expanding your network with CISOs, Security Architects, IT managers, and other decision-makers
• With your understanding of customers' security challenges, you develop new ideas and create innovative solutions – from assessments to security roadmaps to complex projects
• Responsibility for the business part of offers, cost indications, contract negotiations, and tenders (RFI/RFP)
• Participation in security conferences, Microsoft events, and networking events – and close, partnership-based collaboration with Microsoft Security experts

We expect from you:

• A higher education in business administration, business informatics, cyber security, or a related field (FH/UNI)
• Three or more years of experience and proven success in selling demanding IT or security projects – ideally in the Microsoft environment
• Familiarity with topics such as Zero Trust, Cyber Defense Services, Cloud Security, Threat Protection, or Compliance & Information Protection
• You have high social and methodological competence as well as a confident appearance – even in complex and unfamiliar situations
• You are a true "people person," quickly build trust, and move confidently in demanding stakeholder environments
• High self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience characterize you
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland. Work location: Zurich, Bern, or Basel
