• Successful sales of Cyber Security services and holistic security solutions – with clear revenue and pipeline responsibility.
• Positioning isolutions as a leading partner for Microsoft Security, Zero Trust, Modern Work Security, and Cloud Security architectures in the market.
• Maintaining and expanding your network with CISOs, Security Architects, IT management, and other decision-makers.
• Using your understanding of customers' security challenges to develop new ideas and shape innovative responses – from assessments and security roadmaps to complex projects.
• Responsibility for the business part of proposals, cost indications, contract negotiations, and tenders (RFI/RFP).
• Participation in security conferences, Microsoft events, and networking events – and close, collaborative partnerships with Microsoft Security experts.

We expect from you:

• A higher education in business administration, business informatics, cyber security, or a related field (FH/UNI).
• Three or more years of experience and proven success in selling demanding IT or security projects – ideally in the Microsoft environment.
• Familiarity with topics such as Zero Trust, Cyber Defence Services, Cloud Security, Threat Protection, or Compliance & Information Protection.
• You possess strong social and methodological skills as well as a confident presence – even in complex and unfamiliar situations.
• You are a true "people person", quickly build trust, and navigate confidently in demanding stakeholder environments.
• High self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience characterise you.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland. Work location: Zurich, Bern, or Basel.
