In our dynamic, results-oriented team, you play a key role in customer retention.

Specifically, you will:

Your tasks

• Receive calls from customers wishing to cancel their contract and identify their needs

• Make outgoing calls to offer suitable solutions and promote contract renewal

• Provide personal advice on our products and services to maximise customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completion of a vocational training programme

• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of personal contact

• Experience in sales or a commercial role, ideally in a call centre

• Excellent oral and written skills in German and French; Italian and English are a plus

• Great interest in digital tools and the telecommunications industry

• Your personal qualities make the difference: reliability, strong communication skills, punctuality
