• Relevant training or further education in the hospitality industry or equivalent experience
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and stress, deliver good performance and keep an overview
• Understanding of working with food and its quality

Your tasks

• Work in the cold or hot kitchen, depending on knowledge and experience
• Responsibility for a station in the kitchen, depending on experience and training
• Participation in the production and preparation of dishes both à la carte and in the half-board area
• Contributing ideas and suggestions for our menus and dishes
• Assisting with the supervision of apprentices in the kitchen
• Compliance with operational hygiene regulations
