At our location in the Vogtsrain school building in Zurich Höngg, we are looking for an intern 80-100% immediately or by arrangement for a limited period of 6 - 12 months
Tasks
- Practical and school-related support as well as assistance in the hygienic and social areas of the pupils
- Collaboration in extracurricular and holiday care as well as accompaniment during leisure activities and school events
- Administrative support for teachers as well as preparation and follow-up of lessons
- Interdisciplinary cooperation within the school and care team
- Participation in meetings, school location discussions and internal training sessions
Profile
- Willingness to commit to pupils with special needs
- Motivated, open, resilient personality with a positive view of people
- Independent working style, great flexibility as well as very good team and communication skills
- Students or career changers are warmly welcome
- Very good German skills spoken and written (at least C1), minimum age 20 years

About us
The Heilpädagogische Schule of the City of Zurich is a day special school for children aged 4 to 15 with cognitive and/or multiple impairments. As part of the Special Education department, we offer pupils who are taught in separate classes in various school buildings in the City of Zurich a supportive environment and focus the interdisciplinary promotion on their strengths.
Our teams at the various locations in the City of Zurich consist of educational special needs teachers, teachers, social pedagogues, care specialists, apprentices, assistants as well as speech therapists and psychomotor therapists.
