This is your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for the entire underwriting process
• Independent examination, assessment and underwriting of risks in the field of occupational pensions
• Determination of risk contributions according to the tariff manual
• Monitoring and analysing the profitability of your own portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Active development and optimisation of models, acceptance guidelines and digitalisation
• Collaboration on cross-departmental projects and special tasks

Your skills and talents

• Degree (university/FH) or further training in insurance or pension sector
• Several years of professional experience in underwriting occupational pensions and sound knowledge of the Swiss insurance and pension market
• Very good MS Office skills and confident handling of Excel
• Programming skills or experience with modern data and AI solutions are an advantage
• High initiative, decisiveness and target-oriented assertiveness
• Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
